Tell us what happened

Include your app version, device and operating-system version, the screen or action involved, and whether you were online. A short description of the steps leading to the issue helps us investigate.

Remove private information from screenshots. Never send a password, sign-in code, authentication token, or more health information than is needed to explain the issue.

Account access

Use the same sign-in method you used to create your account. If normal account restoration is unavailable, follow the recovery options shown in the app. Contact us if you need help; support will not ask you to send your password or Apple credentials.

Changes that have not synchronized

Check the sync status in Profile and reconnect to the internet. A saved offline change may still be waiting to reach your account’s cloud copy. Do not uninstall the app while you are trying to recover changes stored only on that device.

Progress photos in this release are stored on the device where you add them. They do not appear on another device through Domane cloud backup.

Delete an account

Open Profile → Delete account in the app. If your account cannot be restored normally, use the deletion option on the account-recovery screen. An internet connection and recent verification with your sign-in method are required.

The default option gives you seven full days to cancel after the request is accepted. Processing becomes eligible at the first 02:00 UTC batch at or after the end of those seven days. Queuing, retries, or a service interruption can delay processing or completion beyond that time.

Choosing and confirming Delete now skips the waiting period and becomes irreversible when the request is accepted. For scheduled deletion, cancellation remains available until irreversible processing begins.

During the scheduled waiting period, ordinary account access is restricted and device data is preserved. Use the app’s deletion-status screen to refresh the request or cancel while cancellation remains available. A submitted request, an email, or being signed out does not mean deletion has finished.

Email verification is optional and is not required to delete your account. Status emails are sent only to an address verified when the request is accepted. If mail does not arrive, including through Apple’s private relay, check the status in the app.

If verification or a deletion request is not working, contact hello@domane.ca. This website provides instructions; it does not submit or cancel account-deletion requests.
